The villa “Canticle of the Creatures” is a building dating back to the 1800s, initially a private villa and later turned into a convent. The complex is located on the edge of the historic center of the town of Arizzano on the western shore of Lake Maggiore and enjoys a southern exposure in an exceptional panoramic position from which there is a wonderful view of the lake. The villa is immersed in a park of about 4500 square meters within which a swimming pool for communal use will be built and areas equipped with seating and walkways from which to contemplate the majesty of the panorama. Currently, renovation works are underway to divide the property into 14 large and bright residential units equipped with private gardens or large terraces facing south towards the lake, distributed over four levels served by an elevator.
